The Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice ensures that I have your best interest at heart and eliminate any possible conflict of interest. My one and only concern will be assisting you in making the most informed decision possible.
I encourage your presence during the inspection and welcome all questions. During the inspection, I can show you the location of important systems, explain their operation to you, and answer any questions you may have. All of my reports meet or exceed the state standards, are impartial, and stand up to critical examination. I have General Liability Insurance and Errors & Omissions Insurance.

Cham came highly recommended and boy did he deliver! I have bought and sold a number of houses over the years and I think On The Level Inspections gives the most detailed reports I have seen!
